Choose the Support You Need
CHC Case Review — £650 fixed fee
A detailed independent review of your CHC assessment, decision and relevant evidence. I will give you a clear, honest view of the strengths of your case, identify any concerns with the decision and advise whether further action is worthwhile.
MDT / DST Preparation — £750 fixed fee
Detailed preparation for your CHC multidisciplinary assessment and Decision Support Tool (DST), including review of the available evidence, identification of the key care needs and issues that should be properly considered at the assessment.

​Where exceptionally extensive records or additional work are required, I will discuss this with you before you instruct me and agree any additional fee in advance.
MDT / DST Preparation & Representation — £1,250 fixed fee
Full preparation of your case together with my attendance and representation at the MDT/DST, helping ensure the evidence, care needs and your concerns are clearly and properly presented. Â

Includes review of the core CHC documentation and relevant evidence, preparation for the assessment and my attendance and representation at one MDT/DST meeting.

Where exceptionally extensive records or additional work are required, I will discuss this with you before you instruct me and agree any additional fee in advance.

Appeals & Complex CHC Work
CHC Appeals - From £1,950 — fixed fee agreed before work begins
If CHC funding has been refused or withdrawn, I can review the decision and supporting evidence, identify the strongest grounds of challenge and prepare a detailed appeal on your behalf. Support can also include preparation for and representation at Local Resolution and Independent Review, where required.

Appeal cases vary considerably in complexity and in the volume of records involved. I will review what is required first and agree a clear fixed fee with you before any work begins.
Complaints & Ombudsman Support — From £950
Where the CHC process has not been followed properly, I can review what has happened, identify procedural failings and prepare a formal complaint or support escalation to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman where appropriate.

The amount of work required can vary depending on the history and complexity of the case. I will explain what I recommend and agree a clear fixed fee with you before any work begins.

The fees shown apply to the standard scope of each service. Where a case involves exceptionally extensive records, additional meetings or work outside that scope, I will explain this and agree any additional fee with you before you decide whether to proceed.
Comprehensive CHC Evidence Review & Representation — Fee agreed following review
For complex cases requiring extensive review of health and care records, detailed evidence analysis and preparation of the case ahead of the MDT/DST, together with my attendance and representation at the assessment.

As the volume and complexity of evidence can vary considerably, I will review what is required and agree a clear fixed fee with you before any work begins.
Clear fees based on the work your case actually needs
I don't believe families should have to purchase an extensive package when more focused support may be all that is required. After understanding your circumstances, I will explain what help I believe is worthwhile and agree the cost with you before work begins.
RETROSPECTIVE CHC CLAIMS
No Win, No Fee
Retrospective CHC claims can potentially relate to periods of care dating back to April 2012, depending on the circumstances of the individual case.
If you or a family member paid for care during a period when NHS Continuing Healthcare funding may have been appropriate, I can review the evidence and, where there are reasonable grounds, pursue a retrospective claim on your behalf.

For suitable cases, I offer a No Win, No Fee option. There is no professional fee to pay if no care fees are recovered. If your claim is successful, my fee is 25% of the amount recovered.

Every case is reviewed before a No Win, No Fee agreement is offered. If you would prefer not to pay a percentage of any recovery, a fixed-fee option can also be discussed.
